In this course students consolidate their knowledge of the Spanish Language and Latin American Culture by exploring Latin America through a selected number of outstanding films by award-winning Latin American directors. There will be a special focus, throughout the course, on listening comprehension, written and oral communication skills. Classes will be held in Spanish and will not assume prior knowledge of film history.
